"How To Have Family-Friendly Fun In Park City" -  A new addition to this historic boulevard, Tupelo is a Southern-style eatery with a casually elegant atmosphere and, possibly, the city’s best buttermilk biscuits.

USA Today

These 10 restaurants are elevating Park City's culinary scene - "With a menu bursting with globally-inspired dishes made with locally grown and produced ingredients, Tupelo offers delectable seasonal fare throughout the year. Headed up by owner and executive chef Matt Harris, this establishment attracts guests who adore favorites like the pan roasted bass, with celery root chowder, leeks and brown butter."

All About Apres

"Workout, Eat and Drink in Park City." - The first night Tupelo accepted the challenge knocked it out of the park right away with the most ridiculous southern biscuits and honey butter that have ever graced my taste buds.

Park Record

"Five Park City chefs selected to serve at the James Beard House" - Tupelo's Harris chose to do a dessert, which he said has been a fun challenge. "I'm typically a savory cook, but we can all step out of the box," he said.

Salt Lake Magazine

"Park City’s ’James Beard Five’ Tests out the Menu on, Well, Us" - No matter how skeptical I am these days of foams, fluffs and cotton candy additions Matt Harris’s dessert of bruleéd figs, goat ricotta and honey-hinted cotton candy was pure delight and a fun instead of cumbersome end to a long meal.

"The Five Best Restaurants in Park City" - Last but most certainly not least, came the dish that completes the meal; dessert. We had chargrilled figs with goat’s milk ricotta and honeycomb. The figs reminded me of tiny fruit crème brules; with a thin sugary crispy coating that when broken, displayed the soft interior of the fig. The dessert was drizzled with a Russian imperial stout and chocolate reduction that added more smoky and chocolaty character. Dessert was also presented with a small cloud of cotton that was full of sugary fibers and exuded fresh vanilla essence.
